Broadleaf (BL) has chosen to increase its focus on specialty products across all its major product categories. As you probably have already noticed from the icons at the top of this page, we break our product portfolio into the following eight end-use categories:

  • Exterior Wrap
  • Roofing
  • Structure & Cavity
  • Interior Finishing
  • Flooring
  • Foundation
  • Outdoor Living
  • Landscaping
Within each end-use category we further break down the segment into systems. For instance, within Exterior Wrap we break the category into:

  • Exterior Wrap
    • Siding
    • Exterior Trim
    • House Wrap and Rain Screens
    • Insulation
    • Flashing and Gutters
    • Coating/Finishes
Though we may not currently offer products within each system segment we will continue to add new products, providing our customers greater choice and convenience within a greater number of system segments.

Lastly, within each system we further break down the segment into product materials. For instance, within Siding we would position our products into the following material segments:

  • Siding
    • Natural and Cast Stone – Stay Tuned
    • Faux Stone – BL offers BellaStone
    • Stucco – Stay Tuned
    • Brick – Stay Tuned
    • Fiber Cement – BL offers James Hardie Siding
    • Wood – BL offers Cape Cod and Woodtone Siding
    • Vinyl – BL offers Crane Insulated Vinyl
As you can see Broadleaf is positioned to bring a broad cross-section of cladding products within the exterior wrap category. Each vendor partner is a leader within their own market segment bringing the latest material advancements to the building industry.

Over the coming year, we will continue to explore, evaluate and bring more technologically differentiated building products to the Canadian marketplace.
