This week in our regional showcase we are presenting a market-case on how Broadleaf is successfully promoting our new Century Aluminum railing product in the province of Quebec.
Our Quebec team discovered that several of their existing customers were not satisfied with their current railing program. Here is the opportunity assessment that the Broadleaf Quebec team made:
Strengths:
The customers existing aluminum railing program offered special order, cut to size, railings coming from the dealers main DCs. Dealer members of the association did not have to carry products, only small displays and price pages. Their supplier also provided a wide choice of colours and models.
Weaknesses:
The cut to fit/made to order process was complicated and risky. It required a high level of confidence in the customer's measurements. It also took time and there was a risk of missing accessories/components. Dealer locations had to wait 1-2 weeks for the DC to send packages. No DIY options were available either.
The Century Aluminum Railing Opportunity:
Here’s what the Broadleaf Century Aluminum Railing program was able to offer:
Broadleaf customers no longer had to bear the increased risk of providing such a highly customized product offering. Instead, now, they were able to offer a fully equipped, well packaged railing alternative that assembled quickly, came with a glass facing option and was readily available.
That’s how Broadleaf + Innovative building Systems = Success for our Customers. Contact your local Broadleaf representative to find out how Century Aluminum Railing can help your business grow.
