Cobra Ridge Vent
Proper attic ventilation is crucial for a long-lasting roofing system. Cobra® Ridge Vent attic ventilation system is the only single-layer, non-fabric-covered ridge vent on a coil. It is a strong, durable, modified polyester non-woven, non-wicking, fiber-based matting of three-dimensional construction. Cobra® won't dent, crack or rust and has no sharp edges. It's flexible, easy to handle and transport, and conforms to any roof pitch from 2/12 to 20/12. Joints can be simply cut square, butted, and caulked without connectors or baffles. When properly installed, a Cobra® Ridge Vent is maintenance-free.
Duraflo Ridge Roll
Improper ventilation results in high energy costs, accelerated aging of roofs, and possible home damage. Ensure proper roofing ventilation with the Duraflo® ridge vent. Duraflo's® woven natural fibers protect against the elements, and it's easy to install with a nail gun. The 20 foot rolls are available in widths of 8.0", 10.5", and 11.5" and have a limited lifetime warranty.
James Hardie Siding and Backer Products
James Hardie® fiber cement siding creates beautiful exteriors safe from environmental and accidental wear and tear, with a choice of up to 20 colours. James Hardie® fiber cement siding is designed to last a lifetime, resisting cracking, rotting, hail damage, termites, and many other possible problems. Choose from HardiePlank Lap siding, Hardieshingle siding, or HardiePanel vertical siding for your project. For interior construction, we carry HardieBacker Cement Board in 1/4" or 1/2" thicknesses. HardiBacker is a popular moisture- and mold-resistant substitute for drywall or a backboard for tile applications.
Cape Cod Siding
Cape Cod finished wood siding is manufactured from a #1 MSR grade of western lodgepole pine which is kiln dried to meet exacting moisture content requirements and ensure a consistent quality. A unique vacuum-coating system coats all six sides with a 100 percent breathable acrylic water-based paint to provide 15 years of protection. Cape Cod finished wood siding is available in several classic profiles including bevel, v-joint, cove, channel, board and batten, and clapboard. Accessories include colour-matched nails, touch-up paint, and a wide range of trims including corner boards, fascia, frieze, arcatrave and crown mouldings, as well as skirt boards.
Woodtone – RealSide and RealTrim
Woodtone is one of North America’s premier producers of coated wood products. Woodtone’s RealSide is a kiln dried, Pre-Finished SPF Siding product. RealSide is coated on all 6 sides with Woodtone’s enhanced CG Colour Guard Coating System, which comes with a finishing warranty of 15 – 25 years. Woodtone’s RealTrim is a kiln dried SPF, exterior trim and fascia product. RealTrim is coated on all 6 sides with a premium proprietary Hybrid Alkyd Emulsion (HAE) primer, which is ready for on-site top coating. RealTrim is also available pre-finished with Woodtone’s enhanced CG Colour Guard Coating System. Woodtone’s RealTrim provides a flexible, easy to install, curb appealing option for exterior trim applications.
